Healing Post: Everything from C-Section Scar to Chocolate & Spa Week winners!

How are you today?

I have an exciting edition of Brand New Mommy TV – it’s all about healing the core, the mind, body and spirit to usher in your BEST ‘brand.’

Meet Takeyah A. Young, CEO of Core Connection Lifestyle based in Atlanta, GA., a woman on a mission to empower us all to connect with our body through yoga, dieting, and breathing. Woo-hoo!!

How many of you will honestly admit you are struggling?

Struggling with the stress of life, post-childbirth depression, bills, unemployment, scars hurting after a c-section and so on? Recently, I interviewed Ade, Chief Therapist at Empirical Therapeutic, based in lower Manhattan and learned that a few simple steps like stretching can help the body manage the daily stresses of life. Also, mention The Brand New Mommy for a 10% discount off your services.

Thank you for taking the time to post a comment and enter our contests – we love to share our love and applaud winners for a complimentary treatment courtesy of Spa Week (Spa Week, 10/10-10/16, treatments for $50); and, a deluxe chocolate gift basket courtesy of The Hershey Company.

Drum roll please…

Spa Week Treatment winner: Christine Pembleton of Ready to be a Wife

Hershey Chocolate winners: Morgan Bryant and Donna Stewart

As always, I love your energy and welcome your comments and re-post!
