Simple Step Adds 3 Seconds To Your Life … Deepness!!

More and more I see everyone wanting to turn back the aging process with cosmetic enhancement and not hard work.

Recently, I read an article and saw a video I did with celebrity trainer Mark Jenkins talking about how if you simply add a 30 minutes workout to your day you are adding years to your life AND lowering cholesterol, blood pressure, and easing stress. Sounds good to me!

Some people who also have a passion for health look into an accredited online degree in nursing via Guide to Online Schools.

I am taking to task everything I write and walk the walk and that means working out at least 3x a week; not eating after 7pm; and, reducing the wine consumption to ONLY 2x a week. Why?

I want to be here to bask and enjoy all that is earned and promised to me from God by being my best (not perfection).

Everyone wants to know how to get a tight sexy mid-section. Well, I’ve got good news and bad news. The good news is it’s never to late. If you start and stick with a comprehensive program you can see a ripple or two or at least lose a few inches in your mid-section in 6 to 8 weeks. The bad news is if you think doing 100′s of crunches and ab exercises is the ticket to sexy flat abs – then think again. You can literally do 1000’s of ab exercises per day and never see the slightest bit of tone or definition. Continue reading

Summer is officially here. Whether you stayed true to your New Year’s Resolutions, or not, you still have time to get into sizzling shape for that bikini. Here are a few practical tips to get you started.

Write it down!
Some wise person once said that, “failure to plan – is planning to fail.” What you need is a plan. Write down every single thing you would like to accomplish from your workouts and also write down every thing you eat, too. Want more upper body strength, a toned mid-section, rippling biceps? Guess what, it’s starts in the kitchen, baby. Diet is 80% of the equation and exercise is 20%, but you still have to do both. There are no short cuts, and no amount of exercise can replace poor nutrition. So, write it down, you are ten times more likely to reach your goal if you write it down. Continue reading
