6 Traits of Financially Smart Women

AskTheMoneyCoach.com

Being financially savvy is enormously empowering for women, and can help you make important financial decisions throughout your lifetime.

But all too often, many of us women feel as if our finances are out of control.

Kem and The Brand New Mommy Talk Addiction!

KEM AND THE BRAND NEW MOMMY CHAT

Are you afraid to REALLY live?

Recently, I took the time to be still, meditate and review my “Journal of Action,” and was rather amazed at the accomplishments thus far in 2011.

There were so many mistakes, excuses, imperfection, lack of funding, which could have kept a good woman down – but I prevailed with determination, faith, and purpose.

It’s easy to be afraid and give up one’s mission and vision. Let me say it loud and clear –Don’t Give Up… Give More … Commit to self and give FEAR an ass kickin’.

I received countless of negative responses when I told folks I wanted to channel my energy and add hosting duties to my resume — the reaction was you are too old and REALLY? Continue reading

Mark has an interesting story, he once was an overweight kid who joined the armed services, got in shape and created Brand Mark Jenkins to empower everyday people to get moving mentally and physically.

He followed his passion and the celebrities discovered him through his authenticity and now he is the go-to-trainer transforming the mind and body of modern day icons from Mary J. Blige to Beyonce and D’Angelo (killer abs in ‘How Does it Feel).

Recently, I re-learned that being still, inhaling, exhaling, being giddy, and celebrating could actually bolster a moment. Continue reading
