This is the season for motivation and confirmation – thank you #HBANY entrepreneurs for attending my PR workshop series.

I have been moving at a warped speed for my brand the past six months and teaching allowed me to reconfirm my love/passion for PR coaching and gave me a chance to breathe. Thank you, attendees!

Motivation comes when you least expect it – you just have to be open and ready to receive. I am ready, you?

The workshop attendees in my class were amazing; each week their brand pitch became stronger and succinct; the press releases more engaging; their twitter feeds more conversational; and, their purposeful platform awe inspiring.

Their back stories intrigued me – from losing a child, chronicling one’s love of Harlem, overcoming anxiety, wrongful termination, teaching financials to young adults, educating young men incarcerated, creating jewelry and art, remixing a layoff; and discovering a gift for the culinary arts and so much more. WOW!!!

They all reinvented and renewed their passion by taking a chance during an economic depression.

Special kudos to the HBANY staff, Regina Smith, Darryl Downing, Brittany Hate, the guest speakers, especially Michael Feeney from the NY Daily News for lecturing on “Give The Media What They Want!”
