More and more I see everyone wanting to turn back the aging process with cosmetic enhancement and not hard work.
Recently, I read an article and saw a video I did with celebrity trainer Mark Jenkins talking about how if you simply add a 30 minutes workout to your day you are adding years to your life AND lowering cholesterol, blood pressure, and easing stress. Sounds good to me!

I am taking to task everything I write and walk the walk and that means working out at least 3x a week; not eating after 7pm; and, reducing the wine consumption to ONLY 2x a week. Why?
I want to be here to bask and enjoy all that is earned and promised to me from God by being my best (not perfection).

This is excellent, Karen! Thank you for the reminder. I fast once per week for 36 hours (water only) as a way of giving my system an opportunity to slow down and process all I put in during the week. I also do green juicing. More recently, I’ve started exercising 3-5 times per week, and I’m happy to honor my body and life in these ways. Every bit counts.
